Jennifer is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist with many years of experience working in gyms, personal training studios, local football clubs, karate clubs, corporate health, hospitals, clinical settings and private practice.

Jennifer has worked closely with individuals across a wide range of health conditions to ensure optimal exercise prescription that is realistic, achievable, goal orientated and ultimately assists the individual to improve health outcomes and quality of life.

VERSe was established by Jennifer in 2017 after taking some time out to raise her two young boys. Refreshed and ready to get back into helping people achieve their goals, Jennifer has developed a strong focus in functional movement patterns for injury prevention and treatment. She also has a keen interest in exercise for Women's health spurred by her own experience and that of friends and family in the physiological changes associated with pregnancy and postpartum and the important role of exercise in managing a range of women's health issues.

Personally, Jennifer has a strong sporting background in Dance (13 years), competitive swimming and Karate winning the Australian open in 2012 (kata). She also has many years of experience in snowboarding and a great love of hiking.

Jennifer believes in a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness. It is important to maintain a constant dialogue with other health and wellness professionals involved in your health care plan to achieve the best outcomes possible.
