– Learn how to manage day to day tasks to prevent injury or leakage

Mums and Bubs classes are a great way to learn how to rehabilitate your body after pregnancy in the company of other mums. It’s important to understand the changes that have occurred to your body and how to exercise safely and correctly so that no further injury is caused.
